The rider you are watching was voted the top rider of the 2007 International Training Conference for the North American Motor Officers Association. He competed in several events against other Honda riders and had the best overall score. He then competed in the "Ride-Off" against the best BMW rider, Harley Davidson rider, and Kawasaki Rider. Judges scored him on smoothness of the engine, head & eye placement, throttle control, and posture to name a few. He makes this extremely difficult task look easy.
